Sunset Paradise Villa

Exceptional residence for a perfect holiday in the Cape! Large, open-plan and modern house with sensational, uninterrupted ocean and mountain views for up to 8 guests. Incredible sunsets in front of the house every night (weather permitting)! The space Your villa is located in the peaceful and safe village of Noordhoek on the Atlantic Coast of Cape Town, just minutes from Chapman’s Peak Drive. The house is airy and chic, with all amenities imaginable. You have access to the whole property – which includes a 180 degree deck with braai (barbeque) facilities, a heated swimming pool and a small garden. The house is 5 min drive to Long Beach, featuring 6km of pristine white sand that is perfect for long walks, surfing or horseback riding. The villa is modern and open-plan, with a free-flowing hallway, living area, kitchen and dining room. There is a separate TV room and a surround sound system. The main highlight is that the living area features floor to ceiling glass windows which fully open across the entire sea-facing side of the house. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms, 3 king-sized and 1 queen-sized bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms have showers and two also have standalone bath. We live in the house throughout the year, we rent it at peak season – so this villa is a home rather than just a rental property. All details and conveniences have been accounted for! This includes a full fitted out kitchen with modern appliances (Kenwood food processors, waffle machines, ice cream maker, Steam oven, several coffee machines include Nespresso, Air-Fryer, juice maker, bread slicer etc..) Bose surround sound systems, DSTV premium package, Fibre WiFi, etc. There is a live-in housekeeper available. She will look after the house and keep it clean. Beddings & towels will be changed on weekly basis but individual laundry and ironing will be charged extra. We will not be staying on site but remain fully available when needed. There are on-site parking facilities for 2 cars. We recommend having a car to get around Cape Town but otherwise Uber and taxis work just fine! Please note that there is no public transportation in Noordhoek. A little about us… We are a retired Belgian couple who have been living in South Africa since 2010. We have 3 grown-up children who no longer live with us. We love Cape Town which has become our adopted home and would be delighted to share our experiences and tips for making the most of your visit with you. Other things to note We live in a calm neighbourhood and therefore ask that you respect this space, strictly no loud music or parties!
