It has a large terrace with sea views, sun loungers and a seating area. The space The house renovated in 2021, with a contemporary and modern style, is distributed as follows: - Private terrace with sea views, 4 sun loungers, outdoor shower and outdoor dining area. - Kitchen equipped with dining table and kitchen utensils. - Living room with sofas and Smart Tv with international channels (Spain, Uk, Germany...), all the sport in Europe such as Spanish League, Premier League... - A bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan and direct access to the terrace. - A bedroom with two single beds and a ceiling fan. - A bathroom with a shower. In all rooms there is air conditioning and free unlimited Wi-Fi, speed 300mbs. The house can be enjoyed both inside and outside throughout the year, as it offers all the comfort you can expect, as well as wonderful views of the beach. There is a cot and high chair available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Baby cot and high chair will be provided only on request. This property is located within a residential area, therefore any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbors is strictly prohibited.
