Contact: "Les JOLY clés d 'Elise" Small 40 m2 cottage, with Loggia and stunning views of the sea and its cliffs. This house is located in the garden of a beautiful property, by the sea. Pets NOT allowed House for 4 people: - one bedroom with double bed, - a bathroom with toilet, - a small kitchen, - a living room, - a double bed on the mezzanine, - a loggia with sea view, - a shaded terrace. Coastal path for great walks Possibility to enter the property for unloading luggage The space Charming vacation house, small picturesque cottage with stunning sea views. You can enjoy the peace and quiet on your terrace, or read a book in the loggia overlooking the ocean. It feels timeless! The garden is shared with the owners, but they are extremely discreet. Beach access just steps from the property exit. You can park occasionally on the property, while unloading your luggage, groceries... but we will then ask you to park outside the property. Linens are optional (€15 per set of sheets and towel kit for 2 people) Only dish towels are provided automatically. The cleaning fee is optional and priced: €40 for stays of 3 and 4 nights €50 for stays of 5 nights or more €65 for long stays in July/August (more than 7 nights) If the cleaning package is not requested, the tenants agree to return the accommodation in a very clean condition. If not, a lump sum of €80 will be deducted from the Airbnb security deposit. Disconnection is ensured with a fairly random and discreet WiFi network in the St Marc sur Mer area Pets are NOT allowed In low season, check-in and check-out times are very flexible Guest access Beautiful coastal paths on either side of the house, beautiful walks on foot, by bike.
