House and its winter garden 2 km from the sea

The atmosphere will make you forget that you are visiting. The family house will seduce you for a romantic getaway or a family stay to discover Brittany and Armor, but also for relaxing moments in the winter garden. I designed this vacation home with a soft-colored decor, furnished with family or antique furniture. Quiet in an alley 2 km from the sea and the port of Binic, it can accommodate 4 to 5 people. The space The house is independent with its private entrance. It is quietly located in a pedestrian alley and 2 steps from all shops: the deli with its prepared dishes and grills for your barbecues, the fishmonger with its fresh products from the bay arrived from the morning auction, not to mention the excellent bakeries-pastry shops to enjoy holiday breakfasts outside or in the winter garden and start a beautiful day of discovery of Armor or Argoat. Guest access Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. The toilet is on the ground floor. Other things to note Housekeeping fees are optional €60 however you can do it yourself at the end of the stay. We provide you with cleaning products. You will specify your choice in your message. Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided. Mattresses and pillows are protected. The vacationer can bring their bed linens (duvet covers and fitted sheets) but the bed made option upon arrival is possible: €15 per bed. In any case, you must bring your own bath and beach towels. In winter, gas heating is extra, a reading is taken upon arrival and departure.
