The space This magnificent stone house has been beautifully restored and is located in the heart of the medieval bastide of Castelsagrat in southern France. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished and suitable for a maximum of 5 persons. From under your own "arcades" (medieval arches) experience the typical French village life. Villagers get a baguette and a croissant from our ''boulanger'', a piece of French cheese at the "épicerie" and the local farmers exchange the latest news on the village square. Across the square the glasses and cutlery tinkle on the delightful cool terrace of the village restaurant. More information about the house: The front door is located on the central square surrounded by ancient arcades. On the ground floor you will find a cosy dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The wooden staircase leads to the first floor where you have a fantastic view of the village square. On the first floor you will find an inviting living room, two bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. In the courtyard surrounded by medieval walls, the "cour", you will enjoy the southern French sun and shade in complete privacy. You can relax in the lounge area, barbecue, or drink a delicious glass of local wine. You can also take a refreshing dive in the plunge pool. In the evening you will enjoy the beautiful lights and the stars. If you prefer watching the typical French village life you can also sit down under your own arcades at the front of the house.
