Nestled on a quiet hillside just below Volterra, the villa offers a private infinity pool (5m x 10m) equipped with sun loungers and umbrella. There is a large, covered terrace with a comfortable sitting area and dining table to enjoy the panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. Stepping inside, the villa feels sophisticated while maintaining its rustic charm and provides a delightful place to relax. The space With access to the covered terrace and patio, the main floor has an open living and dining area which is adjacent to a modern kitchen and WC/powder room. At the top of a stone staircase, there are two spacious bedrooms each with super king beds (180cm x 200cm) and two fully updated bathrooms (one ensuite). With a double sofa bed (suited for children) in the living room, there is space for up to six guests. The villa has air conditioning, mosquito nets, wireless internet, satellite television, and a Weber grill/barbecue. There is also free private on-site parking. Guest access The entire villa, including the garden and pool, are for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note IMPORTANT - Although the road to the villa has recently been improved (July 2023), please be aware that it is one lane and some parts are steep due to the natural terrain. The road is typical in rural Italy and can be navigated by any virtually any vehicle (sports cars with very low clearance are not recommended). Regrettably, use of the original outdoor pizza oven is not permitted due to fire safety concerns. However, a pizza stone is available for use in the indoor oven or outdoor grill.
