This is a fully renovated apartment made with love and care. It has modern comforts, elegant details and it is ideal for families or couples who want to relax by the sea and have easy access to sights and the gorgeous sceneries around. It is fully renovated in August 2018 and everything inside is brand new. * The couch in the living room as it appears on the photos has been replaced with a one that sleeps one person as it opens to a bed. Ιt is also ideal for two couples or a group of friends who want to be together but keep their privacy, as one of the two bedrooms has its own private entrance and its own bathroom. The house has two bedrooms with double beds and brand new mattresses. One bedroom has ensuite bathroom, a build- in double bed, a separate, private entrance door and sees the backyard. The other bedroom which lies next to the bigger one, has a double bed, a closet and a big window that sees the front veranda and the garden that is full of nice Greek flowers and trees. The two bathrooms are fully renovated with modern details and rain showers. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge- freezer, oven, washing machine, coffee maker and everything you need during your stay. The living room has a door that leads to a spacious veranda that faces the front garden. The balcony door is next to the entrance door which makes the whole apartment washed in daylight all year round facing the direction of the sunrise. The front veranda has a tent with electric remote control and a big umbrella which both offer good shade during the day for nice relaxing afternoons or breakfasts. The apartment has a quite cool temperature during the day and night even during the heat of the summer as the floor with the roof above it, protects it from the heat. There are one air condition in the kitchen- living room area and one electric light with a fan in the big bedroom in case you need to use it. The road to the beach is super easy, just one straight line of 50 meters from the doorstep that leads you to the path of the beach, then 10-20 easy small steps and the path for about 30 meters. The beach is always quiet, relaxing, with crystal clear water and some natural shade thanks to a couple of trees. Even at the peak of the season, you will not find more than 40 people at about 1 KM long beach! This is a great place to enjoy nature, swimming, (good conditions for little kids, too as the water is not deep, and no big waves) windsurfing when the wind offers good conditions, snorkeling or just sunbathing and walking on the beach! There is also a shower on the beach so you can wash off the salt of your body before you leave, and a changing room that you can use, free of charge! There is private parking inside the property for two cars with a gate that opens with a remote control. Flowers and trees surround the outdoor area and there is a wire fence around it which makes it safe for kids and dogs to play safely. There is also one outdoor shower and beach umbrellas that you can use during your stay. NOTE: In order to reach the beach you step out of the gate of the property, you walk for 30 meters, then cross the road and continue straight following the path for another 30 meters. It is not more than 2 minutes walk in total until you touch the sand with your toes! NOTE: We do our best to keep the beach clean as it is a natural area of the rare species kareta - kareta sea turtle that lives in the area and gives birth every summer. Please do not leave plastic garbage on the beach and cigarettes and always protect the little spots on the sand that are marked with bamboos. The areas that are shared with the apartment on the 1st floor are the main gate outside to the property that leads to the parking. There is one more apartment on the 1st floor with separate entrance and separate space. Other things to note The village of Episkopi is untouched of massive tourism. Our neighbors are friendly and as most of them work with agriculture you will be able to find many local products that are delicious such as extra extra virgin olive oil, handmade Kalamata olives, figs in late July -August, fresh eggs, homemade local pasta, tomatoes and vegetables, grapes (raisins) in September and the local feta cheese called sfela.
