Amazing attic located walking distance from Cortina’s center (località Pecol, 8-10 minutes walk to the center). Full of light, great exposure, stunning view facing the valley and the mountains, valuable furniture, reserved parking for 1 car, lots of meadows nearby. 1 double room ( 2 guests) + other 2 rooms hosting 5 guests. 7 guests total, with 2 bathrooms, 1 big living room and 1 kitchen. There’s also a small service room with 1 bed , washing machine and dryer. Other things to note The apartment is very close to the Faloria gondola (a 5-minute walk), which leads to beautiful ski slopes and the railway promenade. It's also close to the center of Cortina, a 10-minute walk away via the charming pedestrian street. The cleaning fee includes cleaning the entire apartment, as well as washing and ironing the various sets of bed linen and towels for each guest. Another thing to consider is the tourist tax for the Municipality of Cortina, which is €2.50 per adult guest for the first five days. This amount must be handed over in cash to your host upon arrival, so they can then pay it to the Municipality of Cortina. More information can be found in the notes.
