The space The 85m2 apartment for two persons (additional persons on request), renovated in 2016, has its own entrance, sun terrace and large garden. Inside, you'll find a cozy bedroom, a sun-flooded living-dining room with open fireplace, spacious kitchen, bathroom with bath and disabled shower. The built-in kitchen with sitting area has been newly equipped with all necessary appliances (electric stove with oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster). Dishes, cutlery, cooking pots and everything else for daily use is of course also sufficiently available. In the friendly living-dining room, the cozy couch landscape and a sitting area invite you to linger. Two modern LCD flat screen TVs with digital cable provide the best TV with the best TV. The new bedroom with cozy beds on box spring height and views of the garden promises quiet and relaxing nights. In the sunshine, the spacious garden beckons You can relax wonderfully here! The sitting area in the wind-protected part of the south-east terrace is also wonderful for barbecues or breakfast.
