Romite @ Locappart – Quiet and Canal View

A very quiet apartment on the canal in the Dorsoduro district. The "Gallerie dell'Accademia of Venice" is a few minutes of walk away, and the "Saint Mark's square" is 15 minutes away. The space This quiet and bright ground-floor apartment (22 m²) borders the canal. The furniture is in shades of blue and white, perfectly complementing the exposed ceiling beams. The living room (11 m² - southeast facing) has a large window that looks out onto the Romite Canal. It contains a sofa, a table, and two folding chairs. The kitchenette is off of the living room, and is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences (a microwave and a glass ceramic cooktop with two burners) and has all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need. The bedroom (8 m² - northeast facing) opens onto the yard shared by the rest of the building and has a double bed, a bedside table, a dresser, and a closet. The bathroom (2.4 m²) is small and fitted with a shower, sink, and toilet. A small hallway (1 m²) with lots of closet space runs between the various rooms in the apartment.
