About 20 blocks from the Oregon Convention Center, Moda Center, and easy access to downtown. The space Our house, built in 1907, has a private entrance at the side of the house to your basement apartment. There is a stairway of seven steps from the outside level to the basement. Be alert that the last step has low head clearance (it is an old house!) -- but it's "only" the last step where you need to be cautious; the rest of the basement has standard ceilings. Other things to note Please note the kitchenette includes a refrigerator, freezer, sink, and microwave -- but there is no stove or oven for cooking. Also, there is no air conditioner.
