This is open seasonally from approximately May 20 to Sep 7 pending weather. There is up to 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms available (with 5 queen beds total). Each bedroom and bathroom has a lockable door. Laundry is available. Other items available: Clothes hangers, iron, laundry soap, hair dryer, Coffee (Keurig with many pods to choose from), and Pool toys (basketballs, floating loungers, etc). Overall, the space is kept very clean and inviting. Guest access Guests can book a shared stay with the host or the entire house (must be arranged in advance). SHARED STAY: Guests have complete and full access to the lower level which includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, and living room space. The living room space has two couches, a tv, a fridge, and an extra bed. This entire lower level is completely dedicated to guests. In the upper level there is another bedroom and bathroom set up for guests for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms). Guests will also have access to a shared kitchen space on the upper level which leads to the backyard enclosed pool area. Guests have their own fridge downstais, but can share the upstairs fridge space and use the Keurig coffee maker (multiple coffee options and to-go cups are available). If traveling by vehicle, guests will have offstreet parking access as long as it does not block the garage (Please park to the left of the garage or on the street).
