Villa Lestra is in a corner of Tuscany, uncontaminated by crowds of tourists and near the medieval village of Montelopio. The pool is an infinity pool on 3 sides. On the 4th side there is a small waterfall into a part of the pool for children, where the water is only 40 cm deep. There is a solarium with sunbeds, table and chairs for sun lovers; a wrought iron gazebo with divans and armchairs for those who prefer the shade. All of this is surrounded by a 5.000 sqmt park with typical Tuscan flora, a surrounding fence with electric gate and Mediterranean trees and hedges to protect your privacy. Although the villa is situated in the hills,at 500 mtrs distance is a typical Tuscan restaurant, within a few kms other restaurants, shops, bar, bank, post office, pharmacy, doctor and at Peccioli a supermarket and interesting shops Distances at 4 km there is the small center of Montelopio and Fabrica with all types of shops and excellent Tuscan restaurants at 800 mtrs- San Gimignano is at 30 km, Volterra at 25 km, Pontedera at 23 km with railway station, Pisa (airport) at 50 km, Florence (airport) and Lucca at 65 km, Livorno (sea) at 50 km, Casciana Terme (with thermal baths) at 25 km, Siena at 70 km.
