Hello, First of all, thanks for checking out my listing, " Resort- Like Home." I'm renting out one room in my 6 bedroom home, 2700 Square feet home. Its in a beautiful location of Fairfield, Ca. The one room I'm renting out is the Master Bedroom. I also rent out my, "Resort-Like, Back Yard Only, Fairfield, Napa," for get together, pool parties. The space I’m experiencing, travelers, requesting to stay here at my home, and once I check out their profile, nothing is stated within your profile, describing whom you are, the people that you’re traveling with, what brings you to this area, etc. etc., I have stated this in my profile, and will be requesting it once again, please have your profile filled out, also with a picture of the traveler, thank you again! Please.....ask yourself, if you were having Airbnb guests stay at your private home, would you not want to know something about them ? This also helps other hosts with Airbnb also. Travelers have an area under,” Airbnb, “ - “my profile,” to tell hosts, that they are considering staying with, some information about you, where you’re from, likes, dislikes, etc. please, have this filled out so as you ask for a reservation, I can read more about you. Airbnb new guidelines, there needs to be a picture present, and uploaded, so after the reservation has been made, host can see whom will be arriving at their front door. Please, put yourself in the host position, wouldn’t you want to know something about someone that is staying in your home?? Once again, please, have your profile filled in, before asking for a reservation, thanks for understanding! Having said that..... thanks for taking the time, and reading! Now...let’s get to you having an awesome stay here at my home ! I’m renting out one room in my 6 bedroom home, 2700 Square feet home. Its in a beautiful location of Fairfield, Ca., Rolling Hills area of Fairfield. The room I’m renting out is the Master Bedroom. One California King bed - Four Poster - Rice bed, High Boy and dresser if needed. TV - 42 inch big screen, and a log fire see through fireplace, which is not in use. Walk in closet for hanging cloths. Bathroom - very spacious - two sinks, Jacuzzi tub and also shower and toilet - all in master room. No flames, no matches, no candles. Eating in Master bedroom at your own risk - if spills happen - security deposit will be held until carpet area is cleaned and looking like it did prior to your arrival. Eating area in dining room is furnished, eating out back, pool side, or out front of home is allowed. - No pets of any kind permitted in the home, and on the property of the home. If for any reason pets are seen within the home or property of home, guests will be asked to leave immediately and AirBnB will be notified, security deposit will be used for cleanliness of the home to remove any pet ie; stains, hair, cleaning of comforter ect. To regain the home prior to the pet inside. - A refundable security deposit is required for all visits and returned if no damages have been incurred during your stay - hosts have up to 14 days to make a claim for damage thru AirBnB. NO GLASS AROUND POOL AREA ! Hair dryer and iron with iron board if needed. Toilet - please NOTHING other than toilet paper - NO cleansing Products are to be placed in toilet ! Towels and wash cloths are furnished - please - women guest - make-up, please do not use wash cloths, make up removing towelettes are furnished for your use. Kitchen area: Coffee maker and microwave is at your disposal. Refrigerator can be used in Kitchen to store minimal food. WiFi - Screen Name and Password to log on. Neighborhood is a quiet, nice, beautiful area - A very nice park about a block away. Grocery Stores located across freeway. The House is located in Fairfield, Ca., its about midway between San Francisco and Sacramento, close to Wine Country - 20 minutes to Napa Valley, 1 hour to San Francisco, 45 minutes to Sacramento, 10 minutes to Travis Air Force Base, 20 minutes to UC Davis, 3 minutes to Interstate 80, 15 minutes to Caltrain Suisun station. Nearby mall, restaurants, cinema. Golf Coarse across freeway - Paradise Valley Golf. Jelly Belly Factory within a few miles. Suisun Valley Wineries Napa Valley Wineries The Napa Valley, Walnut Creek, Concord, Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay area - all within good distance. Swimming pool, and Water fall in Back Yard. SWIMMING POOL - IS SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO GLASS AROUND POOL PATIO AREA. The back yard is secluded - Resort like area, with sitting area under arber, lounge chairs. Swimming Pool is 8 foot, deep end, and you will be swimming at your own risk with ---> NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY ----- Wild Turkeys and Peacocks - 5 blocks away - they actually walk here to the house. This is a SMOKE FREE environment ie; cigarettes or marijuana. Please NO NOT feed the cats. Please take off your shoes before going up stairs or on downstairs carpet. No other people are permitted here during your visit. ONLY the person - people that have paid for their reservation. No Pets allowed on or near property! Please take shoes off at front door. No flames, candles within home. No smoking at all. Check in 4 pm Check out 11 am - firm unless discussed Thanks ! Jerry Guest access The second floor of house is where the Master Bedroom is located - and this is the only room guests are permitted in on the second floor. During your stay I will be present during your stay. Other things to note Also--and THIS IS IMPORTANT--I will never extend an invitation to make a booking request to anyone who doesn't have his or her profile completed with : 1) a personal photo of yourself--not of the mountains or your dog or flowers or..., 2) some Airbnb verifications and 3) some personal information so that I have an idea of whom I might be inviting into my home.
