Charming house with all modern conveniences. Very close to the city center. A sunny terrace on top floor with a fantastic view and a private patio with furniture. . Perfect for families. The area is nice for walking, jogging and swimming. 150 m to big playground and a small baby paddling pool. I takes about 4 minutes walk to reach the bus & tram stop. It's 3 km (10 min by bus) to urban area with shopping mall, metro station and several well reputed restaurants by the water front. Other things to note Allergics, please note! A dog (short-haired) normally lives in the house. However, the house is very well cleaned.
