Villa Lithos is one of the three luxury villas of Cedar Bay Villas complex. It is a two-storey, stone-built,detached villa with two bedrooms, three bathrooms.There is direct access to two beaches. The villa owns a private 40m2 swimming pool with wooden sun loungers and a private veranda with an outdoor sitting area. There is another set of private sunbeds on the beach. There are free wifi access and free parking area on the property. It also includes a contemporary open plan kitchen, a dining area that seats 4 and a stylishly tiled bathroom. The upper floor consists of two exquisite double bedrooms, even with custom-made, modern wooden furniture and generous individual closet spaces. Both bedrooms have en-suite semi-stone bathrooms, tiled in natural sand tones. The upper level opens to a wonderful private terrace, with luxurious outdoor furniture. The villa’s outdoor private turquoise swimming pool covers a surface of 32sq.m and a private veranda and contemporary designer furniture frames it. Guests can enjoy a cool breeze under the shade of the pergola covering the veranda or sunbathe on their private chaises longues by the pool. Alternatively, there is also the attractive option of laying on the private chaises longues by the sea where one may be served snacks and refreshments from the next-door beach bar. The town of Paleochora is 5’drive from the villas. The closest supermarket is 10’walk. Apart from the Blue Flag Grammeno Beach with its pristine golden sand and lapping azure waters and the Votsalo Beach with its pebbly quiet shore and memorable waters, the area is famous for its stunning and unspoiled beaches. Anydri, Volakas, Plakaki, Krios, Keratides, Elafonissi, Kedrodasos, Limnaki are some of the numerous beaches on the coastline.
