The ground floor includes a cosy living room with two comfortable sofas, multimedia equipment, a modern pellet stove, and discreet decorative features. It also features a contemporary open-plan kitchen, a dining area that seats four guests, and a stylishly tiled bathroom. The upper floor consists of two elegant double bedrooms, furnished with custom-made modern wooden furniture and generous individual wardrobe spaces. Both bedrooms have en-suite semi-stone bathrooms, beautifully tiled in natural sand tones. The upper level opens onto a wonderful private terrace, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. Outdoors, the villa features a private turquoise swimming pool of 40 m², surrounded by a private veranda with contemporary designer furniture. Guests can relax under the shade of the pergola-covered veranda or sunbathe on the private sun loungers by the pool. Alternatively, guests may enjoy the attractive option of relaxing on the private sun loungers by the sea, where snacks and refreshments can be served from the nearby beach bar.
