The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for couples, families with children or groups of friends and it's a short distance to the nearest shops and just a short drive away from the beach and Rethymno town. Layout Ground Floor Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan area combining the living room, the dining area and the kitchen area. The brand recently refubrisked dining area provides seating for eight guests and is connected to the kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room is situated on the ground level with its branded appliances, equipment, water filter and cookware for a self catered holiday. All rooms include an A/C system including all bedrooms. Moreover on this floor there is access to a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. First floor The first floor features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms include a private balcony and two provide a shared terrace that offers a spectacular mountain view.
