Our Policies and Regulations: - Check-in times are from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday): Please let us know what time you will be arriving for check-in. - Check-out time is 11 a.m. - No visitors inside or outside the cottages, or between the cottages at any time. No visitors on site (wellness center and beach) at any time allowed. If the number of people listed on your rental agreement is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund. In addition, since tenants are not interchangeable, they cannot be replaced by a third party during their stay. - 1 to 2 small dogs (20 pounds or less) and over one year old are accepted in all chalets. No cats or other pets allowed. You must let us know in advance if you plan to bring your small dog. The surcharge is $15 per day. No pets allowed on the beach or by the pool. Your dog's excrement must be picked up and thrown in the trash even in winter. - All chalets are non-smoking. You can smoke outside (see instructions with reception upon arrival). You will be charged a fee of $250 to $500 if you are found to have smoked indoors. One of the occupants must be 21 years old or older for chalets of 1 to 6 people and 25 years old or older for chalets of 7 to 12 people or be accompanied by one or more parents. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or interruption resulting from a power outage, city water supply, WiFi network or any other situation beyond our control or force majeure. Allow the landlord to carry out emergency repairs and improvements necessary for the rental, 2. Use the rented premises only for recreational purposes and not for a noisy party. If not, we reserve the right to evict the occupants without any refund. 3. Do not play music outside and do not make excessive noise inside during your rental. 4. Allow the leased premises to be inspected by management during normal hours during the rental. 5. Not sublet or assign the rights of this lease without the consent of the landlord. 6. No private boats or motors are allowed in our lake. (kayak, canoe, boards, etc.) _________________ - NO MUSIC/LOUD NOISE OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME (chalet/wellness center/waterfront). - Candles are strictly forbidden. - For duplex-style units: No loud music or loud noise inside between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. - Wood fireplace: Keep the fireplace grilles closed at all times. When lighting, close the glass doors of the fireplace to evacuate the smoke to the outside for at least 5 minutes. Burn only dry wood in the fireplaces (do not use wood from the forest). Do not cut wood anywhere. - Natural gas fireplace: You can use 30 minutes or 60 minutes at a time. When the fireplace has completed the cycle, please WAIT at least 15 minutes before restarting the fireplace. - BBQs are propane only. Do not burn charcoal or other fuel. (summer only) - No private BBQ allowed. - Please CLOSE the parasols when not in use (winds) - Check with SOPFEU for outdoor campfires – No fireworks allowed. - No fishing allowed by the water or the dock. You must rent a boat. No boats (kayak, canoe, board, etc.) or private motor are allowed in our lake. _________________ If you have a private hot tub: - Please take a shower before going into the hot tub - No substances allowed in the hot tub: cream, oil, lotion, soap, etc.; - Always close the lid when finished using the spa; - The hot tub stops automatically after a while; - DO NOT CHANGE the temperature; - DO NOT HANDLE the nozzles of the jets; - LEAVE THE CHLORINE DISPENSER FLOATING IN THE HOT TUB AT ALL TIMES; EVEN WHEN YOU ARE IN IT; if the hot tub is not in good condition when you check out, you may be charged a fee. - Not recommended for pregnant women and people with heart issues. _________________ Wellness Center Facility Rules: PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES Opening hours: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. by reservation. Indoor pool, steam bath, gym and spa are accessible unless there are government restrictions or repairs are in progress. If one or more facilities are open, they are free of charge but a reservation is required for access to the center. Access to the spa, gym and steam bath is reserved for 16 years and over only even if accompanied by an adult. Wellness Center SPA: 16 YEARS AND OVER ONLY - Please take a shower before going into the hot tub; - Always close the lid when you have finished using the spa; - Not recommended for pregnant women and those with cardiac issues; - The SPA is for ADULTS only; - No children under 16 allowed (even accompanied by an adult).
