Animal Lover's Paradise

My house is an 1895 red brick Victorian Farmhouse. My children have named one of the bedrooms as the "Hollywood Horror Set" because it is in need of re-decoration. The room is 15'x16', with one large window, a double bed, a closet, and a 40" T.V. The space This bedroom has faded, peeling but charming antique wallpaper and wifi, and is nicknamed the "Hollywood Horror Set." It is cozy and quiet, and stays cool in the summer. There is another room downstairs, nicknamed "Windows Windows Windows" (a separate rental listing on Airbnb). It is clean and habitable with a double bed, lots of windows, a door that closes, and wifi. The two downstairs bedrooms would share the bath if both rooms were rented at the same time. There is also a walk-through closet connecting the rooms, should they be rented at the same time. I have a third bedroom possibility upstairs, which I have named the Princess Palace. It was my daughter's bedroom. It is a very large room, with an antique double bed, but the guest would have to share (with the hostess) the bathroom, the 5' claw-foot tub, and the shower. There is an as-yet unfinished but usable covered deck off this bedroom. Guest access My house comes with one outdoor cat, two indoor cats and two German Shepherd dogs, who are very friendly. My guests will rent rooms on the downstairs floor. The bedrooms on this floor have a mostly private bath down the hall, and access to my kitchen, dining room, living room and, weather/season permitting, yard. Guests may use the refrigerator and pantry for storage of their food, so long as it is properly contained and organized. I also have a shower upstairs which guests can use if they do not wish to use the claw-foot tub with hand held shower in the downstairs bathroom. The guests would be welcome to use the washer and dryer when they are not in use by me. During your stay I work, so the guest would be on his or her own for meals. There is a terrific grocery store about a quarter mile away, with many options. Outside of my work time, I am available for any level of interaction my guests would like, but I also understand if guests prefer to be left alone.
