Restored old house with contemporary character. Warm and welcoming place located in the south of the Champagne-Ardenne region, on the northern border of Burgundy. We will be happy to welcome you to this quiet and soothing place close to the forest and its ponds. The space The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor: - entrance with washing machine, dryer, sink, closet, ironing board and iron. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, 2 induction stovetops, 2 gas stovetops, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, pots, pans and all the utensils you need to prepare good meals. - The kitchen is open to the dining room, allowing you to share meals in a friendly way. - The dining room is spacious thanks to the mezzanine that offers views of the wooden swabs on the ceiling. The Tulikivi, Finnish Volcano stone mass stove, takes a central place and diffuses a pleasant warmth throughout the house. A television is located in the dining room. - Toilet separate from the bathroom with shower. - The Bordeaux room with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, a baby bed and a traditional wardrobe Upstairs: - The mezzanine for relaxing evenings on a very comfortable couch to watch your favorite movies on TV or just playing board games with the family. - Toilet separate from the bathroom with bathtub. - The small bedroom with a 120 cm x 190 cm bed - The Champagne room with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, a baby bed and a traditional wardrobe. - The Chablis room with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed and closet. Wood heating provided for the Tulikivi. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, as well as a covered and enclosed garage for 2 cars with the inner courtyard.
