Modern, newly-built (2016), fully-equipped, spacious house located in Livadakia: just 100m from the sandy beach Livadakia, 7mins walk from the Port and 5mins walk from the heart of the island's life, Livadi. We offer you a double bedroom, two comfortable single beds, a private bathroom, kitchenette, air-conditioning, hot water, washing machine (outdoors), 1 large wooden closet, free wi-fi and a cozy balcony with seaview. A 33 square meter modern cycladic, fully-equipped house at the second floor is ready to satisfy your daily needs. If you visit with a group of more than 4 friends or have a large family, we offer you the option to book all 3 of our houses and thus, be next-door neighbours! Awesome potential! Guest access Autonomous house that will make you feel as if you stay in your own house in Serifos. Door keys and electricity cards will be provided upon arrival. Other things to note The position of the house is advantageous, as you can experience some of Serifo's beauties within walking distance. Although there is not an in-house washing machine, long-stay guests can arrange clothes washing upon request. Baby bed is provided, if needed.
