The space Palm Springs TOT #6552 Welcome to a Copple Concierge Services LLC Property. We specialize in making your stay as memorable as possible. We have very high standards, all CCS homes are refreshed after each check-out so that each guest receives the highest quality kitchen items, linens, towels, and furnishings. The neighborhood is great for walking, biking, or running. Explore the nearby Movie Colony neighborhood where the rich-and-famous keep winter retreats. Or, wander around adjacent Racquet Club Estates, the hub of Mid-Century Modern architecture. Guests with children agree that the home and all outdoor areas are used at your own risk. *****Additional fees***** 1) TOT tax 11.5% (transient occupancy tax) is collected prior to check-in date, this is a requirement by law from the City of Palm Springs. 2) Clean fee has been increased due to Covid 19 rules, all linens are taken off-site & professionally laundered. 3) $50 per day charge for pool heat. Spa is included - all bookings longer than 6 days will be given a discount on pool heat. Guest access All guests are met personally by our host and are provided a tour of the property. Guest receives access to personalized combination code for front door entry & remote for garage door. Host is available to guests for emergencies as well as quick questions about the property. We want your stay to be as stress free and fun as possible! Other things to note Rental Rules to Help Make Your Stay Awesome! RENTAL RULES 1. Absolutely no smoking and no vaping inside the home. Smoke/vape odor at check out will incur a $150 fee for additional cleaning. 2. NO individuals other than those stated in Guest party, may stay overnight. All visitors allowed on the property during stay are the sole responsibility of the primary Guest. This home has a maximum capacity of 6 adults (8 with children). Guests may not exceed the occupancy limit. 3. THERE IS NO OUTSIDE MUSIC ALLOWED IN PALM SPRINGS – YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FINES FROM CODE ENFORCEMENT. No outdoor or loud indoor amplification of music is allowed per the Palm Springs Municipal Code. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. Renters must be 25 years of age or older per city ordinance. This is not a party house. This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Neighbors have a hotline to report noise and/or amplified music. **Note: If the quiet hours or amplified music ordinances are broken, renters will be asked to leave the property immediately (even at 2am) and will forfeit the rental cost. We know this is a bummer but it will cause us to lose our permit so we take this very seriously. ** 4. There will be an additional charge to replace any items from the kitchen that become damaged and unusable during a stay. 5. This home is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 7. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 8. There is no daily housekeeping service, while linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle located in the kitchen & side of the house. 9. In the event that an additional cleaning is needed we reserve the right to charge up to an additional fee of one thousand dollars. Any additional cleaning will be deducted from Guest security deposit, which includes oven, grill, kitchen appliances, pool or outdoor area. 10. The fireplace is to be used as instructed. No cooking or using the fireplace for anything other than it's intended use. 11. Countertops: Please do not place hot items, pots or pans directly on countertops. Do not cut anything directly on the countertops without a cutting board. 12. Furniture: Please do not move any furniture or unplug any appliances without permission. If the furniture is moved and not put back in its place, there will be an extra charge to put it back. 13. Air Conditioner: Please do not set the A/C below 72 degrees. 72 is very comfortable for the desert, setting it lower will not make it cool faster- it may cause the A/C unit to freeze which would require a repair visit. If this happens, the cost of the visit will be deducted from Guest deposit. 14. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms, road conditions, rain, snow or any other natural occurrence. 15. Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 10am. Guest security deposit will be refunded in full after the host has conducted an inspection of the property. Please notify the host if something is dinged, damaged, broken or scratched during your stay so that we can replace it before the next guests arrives. We love this house and we know you are going to love it too! We especially love our repeat guests and we aim to make your stay memorable enough for you to come back again and again!
