YOUnique 3+ bedroom, spa/hot tub, huge deck

Our place is close to Indiana University, IU athletics, I-69/37 to Indianapolis, great views, family-friendly activities, nightlife, restaurants and dining. You’ll love our place because of the privacy - and the friendly neighbors (us), the beautiful outdoor space, the kitchen/great room, the hardwood floors, and the volleyball court and large yard. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets - but no cats). The space The home is a duplex originally maintained for a single multi-generational family of 5 with a roommate. Each end of the duplex is a complete home with separate entrances, separate driveways, kitchens, 2 full bathrooms, the whole nine yards. We (two gay men) live in one end with our Mom and small pup. We're listing the other end for rent. We're happy to engage with visitors or leave them to their privacy. The home is L-shaped and shares a 1,200+ sq. ft. deck overlooking an immaculately landscaped yard/garden and the Lake Griffey Nature Preserve. It's a short 2 minute drive down to the parking lot where there are marked trails. The five acres the home sits on also has a volleyball court and room for croquet or other yard games. YOUnique Studio is also a full-service hair salon and dance studio. Guests are welcome to join in classes or book a hair appointment (separate fees apply). Your AirBnB home has three bedrooms on the main level, each with a queen-size bed. In the basement (just one doorway, no egress windows) there is a king-size bed, queen-size bed, full-size bed, and a single bed. It’s very dorm-like! There is also a dresser, nightstand, and a place to hang clothes. On the main level, there is an L-shaped couch in the living room that can sleep two additional people. The TV-room has a leather couch for the 16th person. All bedrooms have closets and bedrooms one and three have dressers. Bedroom two has shelves in the closet for clothes, etc. The kitchen is fully-equipped - read the reviews, folks are raving! One of the full bathrooms has a 6' soaking tub and duel shower spouts (bathroom two). Bathroom one has duel sinks and a full-size walk-in shower. There is a washer/dryer in the basement. The home has wi-fi as well as basic cable TV. You can also use the large TV for watching movies on DVD or through your HDMI connected laptop. The home is not handicap accessible as there are stairs at each entrance. There are hardwood floors throughout and no stairs in any areas except into the basement and into the TV room. Guest access All areas listed as well as the deck, swim spa, and yard - you may see us out and about making the outside better for you and our next guests. Other things to note Our base rate is for four guests. Other guests are welcome (up to 16) for $20 per person per night + AirBnB fees. When you make your reservation, if you have the correct number of guests, AirBnB will calculate this for you. No smoking is allowed in the AirBnB. Smoking guests may do so outside away from windows/doors.
