Spacious house, very well equipped, flowery, wooded and enclosed land, located 5 min from the shops of La Haye du Puits, 15/20 min from the fine sandy beaches and 30 min from the landing beaches, within the Marais du Cotentin Regional Natural Park. The space The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, small household appliances), a shower room on the ground floor with washing machine, a bedroom on the ground floor equipped with an electric bed (2 people), a living room equipped with a large table, an extra bed (1 person), small lounge area and TV, a toilet on the ground floor. We can accommodate 2 additional people with a sofa bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), toilet and bathroom. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) A large flower garden, wooded and enclosed, terrace, BBQ, tables and sun loungers. Rental possible in July and August for a minimum stay of one week from Saturday to Saturday. During the holidays, the rental is for a minimum of 2 days. Depending on the season, heating is available as an option. Other things to note We can offer you the rental of bed and bath linens for €15 per person. The departure cleaning is charged €90 unless you choose to do it yourself. A surcharge is required for heating for rentals from October. These options are to be paid on arrival at the cottage.
