The space We have completely renovated this small house of the 18th century located in the center of Etables sur Mer, small town halfway between harbors of Binic and Saint Quay Portrieux. The beach “plage du Moulin”, the closest to the house is at 2 km: sand, swimming, sailing and restaurants await you there. With 60 m2 on 3 levels and its 300m2 ground enclosed by walls, this house of the 18th century entirely renovated (end of work, July 2016) is perfect for families (with children). Enjoy the garden distributed in two parts well exposed, with a 30 m2 west facing terrace.. Ground floor: living room, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom, second toilet. 2nd: bedroom with double bed (160*190 cm) and 2 single beds. Flat screen TV, Wireless internet access Quality furniture and decoration. Optionally, we offer you to rent sheets and linens. Beautiful wooded garden, enclosed by dry stone walls, quiet Large terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, ... The house is equipped for a comfortable stay at 5 but can accommodate 6 people. A child fence can be placed at the level of the staircase of the upper room. A barbecue on wheels, usable in front of the house or in the back garden will brighten your meals. We continue to advance our lodging. The composite laminate terrace was completed in 2017 and enhances this living space even better. A garden shed has been also build. 2 adults bicycles are available. From October to March, contact us for rentals fortnight or month. Guest access The house is yours, as well as the walled garden. We will welcome you and give you our best plans (beaches, activities, restaurants, shops, ...). We will be available during your stay. In order to welcome you and make your stay as pleasant as possible, we sometimes get help from a specialized service company when we have to leave. Other things to note - We ask you to take care of this old house that we renovated with love and to respect as much the places as the neighbors Duvets and pillows are provided, mattresses and pillows are protected. You agree to provide and use the appropriate sheets, pillowcases and covers for all beds in the accommodation. As an option, we suggest renting - Bed linen and towels: 12 € / person for the stay - Non smoking house - No parties - No pets - Barbecue can be used in the garden but not on the terrace - House to be rent only for whole week in July-August.
