300m2 cottage, quiet and cosy in the heart of Gien

Charm and friendliness are the key words that guided us to the layout of this large house of 300 m2 (7 large rooms), renovated by combining the charm of the old house (tommettes, parquet floors, stone, woodwork) and modern comfort. The cottage "Le 16 Thiers" is in a very quiet place but close to the castle, shops and restaurants on the Loire river banks. It has two walled gardens, one above the roofs. Direct train for Paris center (1h25). Ideal for a group with family or friends. The space The house is equipped with 7 bedrooms each with at least a double bed (5 queen 160x200 beds and 2 beds 140x200) with 6 of them the possibility of adding a single bed. As for living rooms, the ground floor has a dining room of up to 24 seats, a TV lounge, a large kitchen and another large living room of 40m2 with a bay window and a baby football table. The cottage has two gardens: one at the front of the house, in the extension of the living room with a garden lounge, a large terrace, a trampoline and other games (small football goals, basketball board, ...). Access to the second garden is via the first floor of the house. More intimate, it has the distinction of being above the roofs, with a lot of charm and tranquility. Guest access Travellers have exclusive and private access to the entire house and gardens in this configuration. There is no common part: you are at home and once installed nobody will disturb your unless needed ! Other things to note We are a cottage and bed sheets and towels are not provided unless needed. We can provid them for you for an extra 10 € (bedsheets) and 5€ (towels).
