Desirable Tudor home.. lots of characteristics with original cut outs and thoughtful touches. Thick, beautiful woodwork! Charming, authentic, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for any group or family to spend time at this “home away from home”. :) You will be renting the entire home and have private access to the back yard, including the hot tub which is running year round. What better way to unwind after a long day than in the jacuzzi with your friends or family?! Please use plastic cups (provided) so we don’t run into any accidents.. and please put the cover back on once you’re finished using (in order to restore heat). I want you to have the best experience possible! Guest access Entire home available to use. Updated kitchen, bathrooms, 3 season porch, living room, den, dining room, hot tub. Fenced back yard for privacy and also miles of space in the front yard with the parkway right out the front door! Other things to note *I may ask for a security deposit separate from price. It’ll be requested through Airbnb’s platform and will range from $100-$500. It will be refunded the day of check out. This deposit is mainly added as a deterrent for the the groups of people who are booking my house with the intention of hosting a party, having several additional guests over and above the guest count (without communicating with me), tampering with my security cameras, or anything that shows me that there is ill intent on breaking my rules (deposit will be forfeited if these occur) I want to show my neighbors that I intend to maintain the level of respect that I have received through the past years.
