Cozy apartment, ideal for couples and executives. Located in a beautiful new building in the best area of Cochabamba. The area is safe and full of cafes, bars, restaurants, and movie theaters. A few blocks away is a large supermarket and two shopping malls. The space The apartment, completely independent, has 3 spaces: a living room/kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Carefully decorated down to the last detail, it has a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. Large closet, electric shower, Wi-Fi, and Netflix. No smoking. No parties or events. Guest access On the top floor there is a large terrace with a grill (barbecue). Request a reservation. There is an additional cost. Other things to note There is hot water in the shower only, and not in the taps.
