The space Magnolia is an apartment on the ground floor of the main two-story building of the ArokariApartments, completely renovated in 2019. It is accessible from an independent entrance on a 16m2 veranda overlooking the sea and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other available with either two single beds or a double bed. Equipped with a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a separate kitchen, equipped with all the appliances needed for cooking. An exclusive covered parking for one car with a maximum height of 240 cm is included. ArokariApartments is located in the center of Gargarou-Peroulia bay, 3km from Charakopiò and 5 km from Koròni. It has exclusive access to one of the cleanest seas in Europe, crystal clear and shallow. Services included: Internet connection with coverage throughout the residence, smart satellite TV, barbecue, and weekly change of linen (towels and sheets). It is 73 meters from the sea with private access to the beach, a private 100 m2 swimming pool of the residence, and a large 120 m2 exedra (balcony overlooking the sea) located 10 meters from the sea where you can spend your time in the shade, admiring the view of the bay. The extra paid services are to be requested at the time of booking and to be paid at the time of check-in and are: use of the sofa bed, weekly cleaning of the house, extra linen change, rental of beach accessories such as sunbeds, deckchairs, mattresses, umbrellas, fins, and masks. Finally, our incredible and exclusive "Welcome Service" which, thanks to our agreement with a local supermarket, will allow you to purchase from over 50 food products to be found already delivered to your apartment upon arrival. ArokariApartments is located in the center of the over 3 km long Gargarou bay in the locality known as Peroulia beach, between Vounaria and Koroni. ArokariApartments has a large land surrounded by greenery and full of olive, orange, and lemon trees, banana trees, palms, yucca, and chicas. ArokariApartments is an ideal place for families with children and is equipped with a play area located near the swimming pool of over 100 sqm, created for the exclusive use of guests. Next to the swimming pool, there is a large stone exedra built on two levels: a covered balcony of over 120m2 overlooking the sea which can be accessed directly. The beach is only ten meters away and can be reached by a private pedestrian path. ArokariApartments is oriented to the east, offering unforgettable sunrises of the sun rising from behind the Taygetos, the second highest mountain in Greece, mirroring itself on the crystal clear sea of the Messenian gulf. Your privacy and tranquility are guaranteed by exclusive access for guests only. Other things to note NO ACCESS TO PETS ArokariApartments has been designed primarily for families and therefore also for very young and helpless guests such as children. For the tranquility and safety of all guests, pets are strictly prohibited. HYGIENE OF THE OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENTS ArokariApartments is located in the countryside. It is not uncommon for there to be small wild animals, especially at night, which are not dangerous to humans such as foxes, weasels, and raccoons. For this, however, it is very important that our guests respect the hygiene of external environments, not abandoning food or drink that could attract these unwanted subjects. BIOLOGICAL WATER RECOVERY SYSTEM ArokariApartments also has its own biological (non-chemical) system for recovering dirty water, for irrigation purposes. For this reason, it is forbidden to throw antiseptic chemical agents down the drains which can destroy the enzymatic flora of the biological system. Likewise, it is important to use only the detergents provided by ArokariApartments for the washing machine or for washing the dishes. ENVIRONMENT SANITATION PROTOCOL ArokariApartments adheres to the Airbnb hygiene program and has a strict apartment cleaning protocol, designed to guarantee maximum results in terms of health safety in an effective and efficient way. Our protocol makes use of precise checklists for the control, monitoring, and traceability of the operator who performs them. At each check out the whole apartment is completely aired out. Then we proceed with the emptying of all the cutlery and all the textiles from the apartment, and with its complete cleaning. The cleaning phase is done for rooms, proceeding from those more internal to the house. After cleaning, each room is closed to avoid cross-contamination. An initial sanitization is then carried out, leaving the apartment to air for 6 hours. The apartment is then filled again with cutlery and washed and sanitized textiles, followed by a second sanitization. Before check-in, the apartment is then ventilated again for at least another 6 hours. For this reason, our apartments are not available for booking in the 24 hours prior to check-in and after check-out, and, for this reason, we always ask our guests to respect the check-in or check-out times.
