Enjoy total privacy in this beautiful, quiet, end of cul de sac, 3 bedroomed villa, with amazing views, set in the lush tropical gardens of the prestigious Sugar Hill Estate in St James. Sugar Hill has all the amenities of a hotel, 24 hr security, two large communal pools, communal gym, tennis courts, play area and restaurant. The gorgeous beaches of the west coast and Holetown, with shopping, restaurants and bars are two minutes away by car. Membership at Fairmont YES!!! The space NOT ALL VACATION RENTALS ARE EQUAL!!! Fancy your own spot on the beach? We have membership for our guests at the fantastic Fairmont Beach Club which means free parking and free sunbeds and umbrellas as well as use of a changing room and beach bar!! The Fairmont also has watersports available (for a fee). Back at the villa, we also have Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella and small cooler bag which you can take in your car to visit other beaches around the island, or beaches that do not have any facilities. As soon as you step through the front gate of Jasmine Villa into the lush garden, the sound of swaying palms and cooing doves melts any stress away. This lovely welcoming well equipped villa, is a perfect home away from home for your vacation. ****We also offer a free late checkout if possible, and we cover the BRA tourist levy so the price you see is what you pay and sometimes offer additional discounts for extra guests, please contact us for special rates. **** Architecturally beautiful, Jasmine Villa has vaulted ceilings, cooling tiled floors, jalousie windows, high quality furniture, plantation shutters and a large open floor plan making it perfect for socialising. At the same time it is very private, situated at the end of a cul de sac. The upper level has a large living room with plenty of seats for lounging and an 8 seater dining table, all solid Indonesian teak, with double French doors leading to the terrace, where lovely views of the Caribbean Sea greet you, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Here there is also a 6 seater dining table if you prefer to eat in the cool of the morning or evening breeze watching the sunset and the fireflies dancing around. This is a great lookout spot around 5pm each day as the monkeys usually pass through the garden at this time. The upper patio also has a very comfortable lounging set, perfect for sitting down with that holiday book!! This level is completed with a powder room and a very well stocked kitchen with Villeroy & Boch crockery and glasses, and of course a cocktail mixing set and lobster crackers! The villa has 3 large bedrooms, the master has a king, the other two bedrooms have queen sized beds, all have en suite marble bathrooms, complete with luxurious Egyptian cotton towels. We also have a crib. The two bedrooms on the lower level of the house have French doors leading to the lower terrace, private garden and plunge pool. There is also a chef's BBQ (Napoleon Prestige 2 - with gas provided), a dining table and sunbeds. The third bedroom is in Jasmine Cottage in the front garden, perfect for those who prefer a little privacy, guests in the cottage can easily walk around the side garden to the pool without coming through the house. If there are no more than 4 guests staying in the home, there will be a supplement if you wish to use the cottage also. Finally, there is AC and ceiling fans throughout, including on the terraces and of course wi-fi and cable tv. The stunning beaches of the platinum coast are only minutes away as is Holetown with its restaurants, bars and shopping. You have all you need for a fantastic holiday!!! For two to four people the whole house, excluding the cottage is available. For more than four people the house plus the cottage, if four people are using the house yet still want use of the cottage there is an additional fee. Other things to note We are adjacent to Royal Westmoreland golf course and have easy access to the highway and the coast road. If you want to try some of the island's many, many rum shacks/local bars we can recommend some good ones!
