Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a spacious, open concept kitchen/living room. Kitchen has all new appliances (sept 2106) and some other great updates! There is a piano and guitar for our musical guests to enjoy and use. Washer and dryer are available for use as well Air conditioning machine to keep place cool and humidity to a minimum. Located in living room. Bedrooms are located at opposite ends, with the master bedroom having its own full bathroom with large soaker tub/shower. Second bathroom is located next to second bedroom and has a stand up shower. Water softener system installed 2020, this is nice for anyone with sensitive skin. Shaw satellite television. Large variety of channels. Wi-fi is available for your personal devices. Just a 15 minute drive to Charlottetown, and a 10 minute jaunt to the beach, Cozy Cottage is a perfect place to unplug and relax in the heart of PEI.
