The space apartment on 3rd floor of family home steps from stunning Yanahuara plaza, 10 minute walk to commercial area, 15 minute walk to downtown center. Huge private terrace with breathtaking views of Arequipa, especially volcano Misti. Lots of light/sun all day long, open concept space with fully equipped kitchen, office area, private outdoor dining room and living room. The living room doubles as a second bedroom, with privacy provided by a sliding barn door. Living room/second bedroom also has glass sliding door access to the terrace but has black out curtains and blinds for those who don’t like rising with the sun. Lots of insider advice on what not to miss in Arequipa with 2 or 4 days and everything a family (toys) or guests on a work stay (strong wifi) needs for a longer stay. Guest access The terrace bbq, fireplace, dining room and living room or for your private use only. The neighborhood of 14 houses has doorman security 24 hours a day and the apartment has it's own buzzer for the house gate downstairs.
