Check in time is 5 pm to 11 pm, but earlier is possible if I am not working. Check out by 10 am. No check ins allowed between midnight and 8am. NOTE - Two night minimum May thru September. Wall to wall carpet in bedroom, large closet, etc. Locks on bedroom and bathroom doors. The space Located 25 minutes north of Salisbury, MD, 40 minutes south of Dover, and 45-60 minutes from the Delaware/Maryland beaches, this is perfect for a trip to the area without the hectic traffic. Sitting 1/2 mile east of Rt 13, if you’re going from Norfolk, VA to Philadelphia, or want to be out of the hectic beach traffic this is the perfect resting point for the night! Guest access You have full access to the kitchen and use of all appliances and utensils,etc. You may use the living room, dining room, the main bathroom, and laundry room. New addition to this room is a 42" TV with Roku Express. Netflix, Hulu, and many more movie, TV shows and news channels. Recliner. There is a dorm sized frig/freezer in room as well. New memory foam/gel mattress with 2" memory foam topper. Just repainted March 5, 2022. Check in from 5:00 pm to 11 pm, and check out by 10:00 am please. I work part time, so there may be a day where I can't be home until 7pm. But am flexible about you checking in. We will coordinate to make sure it's easy for you. During your stay Will interact when asked! Ron is very reserved but will be around if you need. Bedroom has a 10" Memory Foam mattress on a frame with additional 2" foam topper. Linens supplied, towels also. Other things to note Long term tenants get a discounted price. Carbon monoxide detector, 4 smoke detectors. Bring slippers, I prefer no shoes through the house. New hallway carpeting as of November 18, 2020. Room repainted a softer light color on March 5, 2022.
