The space In the main house, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, as follows: * Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed and a bunk bed * Bedroom 2: a king-size bed and a bunk bed * Bedroom 3: a standard double bed and a bunk bed. Living room with TV, fireplace, dining room, bar and game table. A full kitchen with all the utensils, a full living room with a dining table for 12 people, sofas and a games table. Barbecue and swimming pool structure. In the second house, there are 2 more En-suites with two bathrooms. Each suite has 2 single beds each. Guest access The Jaguari farmhouse has two main houses with balconies and space for hammocks, a complete outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning oven for pizzas, a large dining room, events and barbecue. A large swimming pool is part of the house. The property is 8,000 m2, all fenced in, and faces the Jaguari River in the background. We have a kennel in case you have animals. And our caretakers, Nelson and Lucia, live in a separate house. Attention! The daily rate is for 24 hours for up to 12 people. We are flexible about check-in and check-out times! It's just a matter of arranging what works best for the guest! In the case of events, please contact us for an analysis. We accept events for a maximum of 20/25 people. We charge for more than 12 people: R$ 50.000 per extra person to spend the day R$ 100.00 per extra person to sleep. Other things to note A caretaker couple lives on the farm in a separate house, providing extra security and comfort. We offer separate housekeeping services, which are available during standard hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., cooking and cleaning for R$ 150 per day.
