A beautiful two-story house full of light and surrounded by native gardens. It is located in a residential and very quiet neighborhood of Puerto Ayora. It is located near the coast, Charles Darwin Station and the city center (5 - 10 min walk), you can easily access all points of interest and at the same time enjoy your privacy. The house is suitable for 2 to 4 people and includes basic services such as Internet (Starlink) and Cable TV. The space The Sol Marina house is distributed over two floors, the social area is located on the ground floor, it has a living room with TV, books to read, board games and a comfortable hammock, the kitchen and dining room are quite spacious and are provided with all utensils necessary for a comfortable stay, additional has a half bathroom. It is also surrounded by a porch with furniture for relaxing, a table for having tea or working and an additional hammock to enjoy the gardens. On the second floor there are two large, well-lit bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds that can be assembled as a king bed according to needs. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Guest access The guest will be able to access the entire house and the gardens that surround it, it has an independent entrance from the other accommodation units.
