If you are an artist, the carriage house has a space with two barn doors and skylight for painting or writing. Guest access You have a little studio apartment with a kitchen, dining area, little bedroom and writing desk. The bathroom is in this unit. Right outside the French doors are bouncing bunnies in their own coop. There's a side yard, that's all yours. Also, a separate carriage house with one bedroom with a queen size bed and a work space for painters, writers or artisans of any kind. Barn doors open to the yard and there is a skylight. Washer and Dryer is right there too. Other things to note If you like hiking, Elsysian Park is steps away. You can walk a couple of blocks to the restaurant, Pollen.
