Also, it has added Hand sanizator in several places. Delivery food to the building is available, but will NOT let the delivery person enter. The Bristol Parc it is close to Mega Supermarket "Megamaxi" 5 minutes walk, Banco Pichincha. The apartment is quiet with nice view. The building is 24 hours armed guards. The space The apartment is very quiet, is a new apartment, and it has 24-hour security guards in the building. It has TV Cable. Wifi 24 hours. Guest access The guest can use most of the building amenities. The pool can only be used by the guest and not anyone who is not renting the apartment. There is a regulation for the usage of the pool and is sanctioned by the administration with a penalty fee. Thank you.
