Description
Magnificent views of the mountains surrounding Lake Willoughby provide a stunning backdrop to this lakeside camp in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. Built in the 1960s and 70s, the mid-century modern waterfront camp has a main camp, bunkhouse, and master bedroom connected by a deck. There is a private area with dock for swimming and kayaking. The space - The camp (cottages are called camps in this part of Vermont) is located near the end of a winding, private, dead-end road. - There are two kayaks available. Paddles and life jackets are provided under the camp and in the laundry room. - The camp and dock are only accessible by stairs. - A brief booklet called Camp Guidelines providing a detailed description of the camp and its environs can be found in the main camp and bedroom. - There is a laundry room beneath the camp available for your use. Please use the provided laundry detergent and Oxiclean. No bleach. - There is a charcoal grill under the camp. Please do not use the grill on the deck. Guest access A garage is not included in the rental. Other things to note - Our septic field limits the number of guests to 6, including visitors, so parties and events are not permitted. - Do not use any antibacterial soaps or cleaning products.
