Own entrance to flat situated below the main family residence. Totally self contained flat with shared use of gardens with owner and a new sun deck and BBQ area. Other things to note We can arrange tours of the Island and collection (at a cost) from the airport. Use of a washing machine within the house is available at a small additional cost. Due to environmental consciousness we have chosen not to fit air conditioning but the house is kept naturally cool due to the sea breezes. The breeze also ensures we are rarely troubled by mosquitoes and sand- flies!!We have a new ceiling fan in the bedroom.
