We make you feel at home, here you are part of the family. We will guide you! The space The space is modern decorated and each apartment has it's own unique color. The LILAC apartment is an Unquestionably stunning, comfortable and spacious 1-bedroom(comfortable KING size bed) unit at Malika Retreat. The ambiance of the Rooms are reflected in every guestroom differently, each of the rooms have a unique color and the LILAC room has a unique ambiance. Whatever your purpose of visit, Rooms at Malika Retreat are an excellent choice for your stay. Guest access Wifi, cable tv, indoor private parking, pool incl. kids pool Other things to note -Extra beds/cribs in a room is max.1 upon request ( -There is no extra fee for water and or electricity use, we do appreciate wise / careful usage. Electricity is expensive on the island and can be charged if more than 40 Kwh is used per day. Smoking is NOT allowed NOWHERE on the premises Neither in the apartments. Late check-out is possible upon availability . Extra Cleaning service on request. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - To inform us of your expected arrival time so that we are ready to welcome you. - To refer to directions provided upon reservation. - We expect our guests to uphold the highest standard of integrity and fairness. You must report any incidents and/or damages to the property as soon as possible, or at the time of check out. - You must observe the maximum number of guests when booking your stay. - Please do NOT exceed the number of guests paid for in the reservation without informing the host. - Absolutely NO drinking or eating in the bedrooms and living-room. Food and drink stains are costly to treat. The cost incurred to clean any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
