The space Garden Suite Sol, (two level apartment) is located in one of the Historic Adobe Cottages, adjoined to maisonette Luna. The cosy 34sqm/366 sqft apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining/living space and a private, modern bathroom on the ground level. The bedroom with a queen size bed and a comfortable working desk with office chair and fast internet on the first floor. The two maisonettes are also ideal for a family or two couples of friends as they share one terrace. A patio, gazebo and an ample garden invites you to sit outside, surrounded by flowers and enjoy the sunny Ecuadorian climate - a breeze from the Panecillo hill provides fresh mountain air. Guest access You are most welcome to relax in our peaceful garden area, use the gazebo and BBQ and harvest herbs for personal use. Our selection of board games, DVDs and books is waiting for you. Other things to note We follow the Airbnb COVID-19 cleaning protocol ! Cleaning service once a week is included for stays longer than two weeks. We are offering washing service (10 US$ per load), please coordinate with our staff. Towels and linens are changed once a week. Extra sets of towels are provided.
