This spacious Ipanema penthouse in a residential family building provides a large terrace and jacuzzi; perfect outdoor space for families. The penthouse boasts modern facilities & easy access to the famous Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. The location is in a quiet tree-lined street, 300m to Ipanema beach at the end of the street and a short walk from many excellent restaurants, quality shops and a 24-hour supermarket. The space The penthouse is equipped with all mod cons, a large terrace with a jacuzzi, 4 double bedrooms (3 en-suite bathrooms and 1 separate bathroom) all with queen/double beds. Maximum occupancy for comfort is upto 4 adults or groups with children upto 8. Open plan living room/diner/kitchen provides the perfect environment for families vacationing. The apartment has a safe that can accommodate a laptop. Wifi available to use. 24-hour security access by doorman. Please note, only guests notified to the condominium prior to check-in will be granted access to the building. No visitors in the penthouse/building are allowed. Please note that any unauthorised visitor(s) may result in your access to the building being denied by security, a fine imposed by the condominium, a negative review and/or early termination of your reservation. Guest access The entire penthouse is for the exclusive use of the guests. No visitors are permitted. Other things to note The apartment will be cleaned before and after your stay. We recommend for comfort a maximum of 6 adults in the penthouse although the 4 queen beds can accommodate 8. There are House rules; please read these before booking. ID is required for access to the apartment/building. Only named guests will have access to the Penthouse/building. No smoking inside the apartment or on the terrace. If guests do smoke, the owners may impose an additional fee of up to GBP £500 for an additional deep clean. No throwing any items off the balcony. Throwing lit cigarettes from the balcony could endanger your life and the neighbours if it causes a fire and/or any the guests will be liable for any damage caused. Please note that while moderate noise level are permitted, late night excessively loud music etc. is not and may result in the Condominium imposing a fine under its powers to curtail unsociable behaviour and ensure adherence to the Condominium rules and Brazil's "law of silence". The guests will be liable for any such fines so please enjoy your stay but be respectful of your neighbours. The building access point to the penthouse (if coming from the beach or with groceries or luggage) is through the carpark, where the Porter will open the gate, and there is the (service) lift or stairs to the 10th Floor. There is also a lobby and (social) lift (although this social lift should not be used in beachwear. shirtless or if bringing in groceries).
