Your group has exclusive use of the complete villa. The swimming pool, pool deck and communal outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in the neighboring apartments on the same tropical estate. The space The villa offers: • 7 air-conditioned bedrooms • 14 beds • 5 bathrooms • Multiple places to sit, dine and spend time together • A fully equipped kitchen • Tropical terraces and outdoor dining areas • Free Wi-Fi • Free parking on the estate The layout gives larger families and groups plenty of room to be together without having to spend every moment in the same space. The villa is located near Jan Thiel Beach and Spanish Water. Curaçao’s beaches, beach clubs, restaurants, diving locations and boat activities are easily accessible by car. Guest access Your group has exclusive access to the complete 7-bedroom villa and its private living and sleeping areas. The swimming pool, pool deck and communal outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in the neighboring apartments. These apartments are rented separately and may be occupied during your stay. The villa itself is therefore private, but the swimming pool is not exclusively reserved for villa guests. Other things to note The Airbnb price is all-inclusive and covers: • Normal electricity, air-conditioning and water usage • Final cleaning • Periodic cleaning and linen service during longer stays • Exclusive use of the complete 7-bedroom villa There are no unexpected mandatory utility or cleaning charges upon arrival. A refundable security deposit may apply to larger groups or stays during holiday periods. If applicable, this will always be communicated clearly before the reservation is confirmed. This is a private villa on a small tropical estate, not a completely private resort.
