Cozy unit with a kitchen like set up with a table & 2 chairs, small ref., microwave, toaster and a few other small appliances, 1 queen size bed, dresser, TV and internet, walk in closet with another small dresser. A nice deck to enjoy the good Florida weather. Situated on 5+ acres so it is quiet & peaceful. I am on the move a lot so you will have your privacy, however, if needed, I am only a phone call away. The space About this space: Set off the road so it is pretty private. Attached to my home on 5+ acres. Quiet & tranquil but yet close enough to all conveniences. Private bathroom, entrance and deck will give you all the privacy you want. Downtown area or the "River District" is just 2 miles away, beach 30 min. away Relaxing, quiet, clean & secluded yet very convenient to stores, restaurants, post office, library, bus stop, etc. Bottled water in refrigerator and bowl of snacks on your arrival. Coffee & tea also in unit. Also a basket of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste, tooth brush, lotion, etc.) for convenience should you not have brought these with you. Guest access: Private entrance, private bath, TV, wifi, small ref., microwave, coffee maker, private deck. Other things to note: Sometimes I am quite busy so I may not have time to socialize. I do, however, try to meet up with you on arrival or shortly thereafter to introduce myself and meet you in person. Your pet must be approved before you book, see additional rules below. Additional rules No smoking in unit (if you smoke, you can smoke on the outside deck), no loud music or tv, no disorderly conduct. Your pet is allowed if they are not big barkers and they can NOT sleep in the bed (please confirm with me 1st re: your pet for an approval before booking). There is a $5.00 per day per pet. Guest access I will meet you when you arrive or if you are coming in late or I will not be able to meet you, the door will be open upon your arrival & the key will be hanging on the bakers rack to the left of the entrance. Other things to note A small pet (under 25 lbs) is ok with approval provided that the dog/cat does not bark or meow a lot when you are here or gone and does not shed. NO pets allowed on the bed. There is a fee of $5.00 per day for your pet.
