Our neighborhood is known for being a very respectful place for nature and people. A few blocks from warehouses and grocery stores. We're very close to Lake Gutierrez, trails, forests, and a waterfall. We built our house with a lot of love and created a special place where all our guests feel at home The space The house is very bright, has a view of the mountains and each window shows a different landscape. We have high-speed fiber optic WiFi, ideal for home office. The kitchen is super-equipped, and there is a very comfortable grill outside. We can teach you the best way to cook trout or a good barbecue. The heating is by radiant slab and the house is very warm in winter. The mattresses are excellent and the bedding is of good quality. Everything will be ready for a warm welcome!! Guest access The house is located on its own 800m2 lot. It has a garden area, grill, deck, parking, and stove area for guests' use only. Other things to note The living room, at night, is easily transformed into a room for two people. It has two single sofa beds and a thick curtain that gives you total privacy. In the living room there is a Smart TV and in the upstairs bedroom there is a TV with Chromecast.
