The space Three comfortable bedrooms with double beds. Each has a desk and chair, bed side table. Two larger bedrooms have an E-Z chairs. Roomy kitchen with large deck. Newly remodeled modern kitchen with stainless steel frig and stove. Dishwasher. Turn-key with dishes, cookware. New carpets and paint. Many cabinets. Bathroom has new tub with shower. Guest access Guest have access to back garden area - can have barbecue outdoors - with advanced planning. One off-street parking space for a car - no trucks - included. Coin-op laundry. **Guests all should arrive together for Orientation with Host before checking into the apartment**. Orientation is important and required because it is a large property and Hosts private compound - there's much info to relay such as operating the elec gate, complying with Oakland's trash laws, finding the assigned parking space, viewing the laundry room, and so forth. Other things to note Casa Bella is a private setting, with others residing here. So the Host/Owner needs info on prospective Guests. Please give the information below. !. Names of Guests: 2. IMPORTANT: All Guests must arrive together because there is a 30 min Orientation upon arrival before getting into the apartment. One Guest conveying the Orientation info to another hasn't worked. The Host must meet & greet ALL Guests. People not specifically booked can visit, but cannot stay overnight.
