It has 2 floors, 2 en-suites, 3 bathrooms, air-conditioning in the en-suites, furnished, complete and new kitchen utensils and a 38-inch TV. The condominium also has a leisure area with a barbecue and tables, bathrooms, an adult and children's pool, with night lighting. The space The house is located in a gated community, with all security and comfort for guests. Outside, we have plenty of green area and some plants with fruits that can be harvested, such as jabuticaba, acerola, pitanga, etc. The condominium has security cameras at the entrance and at the entrance door of the house (in the garage) and is located in a very quiet environment, where it is possible to hear the birds singing at all times. Location near the Historic Center, beaches and waterfalls of Paraty and the region. The house was all planned to receive guests with all the comforts, as if they were inside their own home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire leisure area of the condominium. Other things to note Upon arrival at the condominium, guests will be identified by the doorman through a Condominium Access File that I will send to the concierge with the name of all guests, license plate and model of the car. This data will be requested during conversations in the Airbnb chat or Whatsapp, and it is the condominium's rule to have this file at the entrance for control and release of guest entry.
