"Frangipani" is set on the tranquil South East Coast of Barbados. Located in a residential neighbourhood . It is a five minute walk to the beach, and nice walks . The wa Restaurants and shops are a short drive away . Car hire recommended . The house is finished to high standards with ceiling fans in each room . ACs available in bedrooms as an optional extra for a fee . outdoor pool area is completely private, with pool (30'x15') and jacuzzi. Suitable for families/quiet groups.. No smoking The space This property was built 2016, a with high end finishes. The property is built to give you a feeling of space and breeze , with high ceilings and lots of air with fully opening bi fold glass doors in the master bedroom and lounge area, that open straight on to the pool area, creating a feeling of complete outdoor living ! We the owners live next door , but on a separate property.. we are on hand if you need us , with a wealth of local information .I often what’s app you with tips and ideas. The property is decorated to a high standard. Comfortable beds with mattress toppers. Air conditioning is available in bedrooms for an extra cost of $50US per bedroom, per week, payable on arrival if required . Tv, ( Netflix enabled, bring your sign in info) cable, DVD, wireless speaker, teak loungers (6) with cushions, outdoor dining for six or indoor if you prefer . Local restaurants and bars. Sea view. A 10% local gov stay tax is applied . Electric gates Very secure. Two week minimum at Christmas . Guest access You have complete and private access to The whole property. Walled and gated with security entry. Below are our house rules for your perusal Terms for Frangipani Upon arrival , please do advise us immediately if anything is broken. Also please notify us if anything isn't working, we will do our utmost to bring about a speedy repair or replacement. Sometimes with quick turnarounds we are not always aware of. This is a quiet residential area and we respect our neighbours ,therefore request that there be no noise disturbance after 9 pm.( loud music , screaming in the pool etc), and even during the day we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbours. No overnight guests . This is not a house for parties . No daytime guests without permission. The only persons who should reside during your stay are those registered with me at the beginning of our discussions, ie: when deposit is paid. If there are Any further additions , we must be notified, and extra charges may be incurred. Please don't leave lounger cushions outside without you being present , they would be prone to mildew if they get wet, and when stacking away , ensure they are dry first. If any taps are left running, or lights ACs or fans I are left turned on when you are out , we reserve the right to charge for this excess usage. Only pee ,poo and paper down the Loos please as we have a septic tank and it cannot biodegrade anything but the above..., so please wrap and dispose of any other toilet refuse . No oil or fat down the sink please .. It will damage the efficiency of the septic system .(use an old jar for oil. ) We want you to enjoy your time at Frangipani, it is our dearest wish that you will want to return. No smoking . Other things to note We try our best to ensure that this is your home from home whilst you are here . We are a mine of information about barbados and on hand if you need us . This property is not recommended for young children unless they can swim as there is no way to fence off the pool from the house . We have a lady who can cook meals to order , and delivers, good local food, reasonable prices . Two week minimum over Christmas and New Year .
