Living Space Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open-concept living area with natural light, drawing your eye toward views of Playa Hermosa and Monkey Island. The space flows naturally into the dining area, where a table for eight and bar seating create a welcoming setting for shared meals and easy conversation. Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable throughout the day, and in-unit washer and dryer add real convenience for longer stays. A dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, a 65-inch HDTV with Apple TV and premium cable, an indoor gas fireplace, and a lockbox for self check-in are all included. Books, board games, and an elevator to the top floor round out the everyday comforts. Sleeping Arrangements The master bedroom features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with built-in wood furnishings. An additional Shoji room provides flexible space for extra guests. Across four beds in total, the condo sleeps up to eight comfortably. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen includes a GE stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and coffee maker - everything needed to cook and eat at home. Dishes, silverware, bowls, cups, and all the essentials are ready for use from the moment you arrive. Bathrooms Two and a half bathrooms serve the home, including an en-suite in the master. A bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hot water are available, and towels are provided for all guests. Outdoor Living Your private rooftop terrace is one of the condo's defining features - a perch above the canopy where mountain ridgelines meet the ocean on the horizon.
