Beautiful hickory floors with Southwest accents (turquoise inlays in the door headers) make this unit warm and inviting. We are four blocks to City Park for an evening stroll or early morning jog, close to Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center, and Otero Junior College. This is where your family and friends are welcome. The space Duke (Maine Coon cat) lives on the property and is always encouraging folks for a friendly pet. Guest access We have a secluded courtyard to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening of quiet time. Other things to note Amazon TV Fire Stick is available. Fiber-optic internet. This unit is attached to our garage. Guests may hear the garage door opener, vehicle, and garage use noise. We also water outside plants, so water running through pipes may be heard. We attempt to be respectful to our guests and hope guests understand this is our home as well. Thank you.
